Limestone Campground is a small but scenic campground located in Kernville, California. It offers 22 campsites and a charming river to cool your dog down during the summer. It’s less than a 30-minute drive to the Trail of 100 Giants which is a dog-friendly trail with giant sequoias.

Things to Know

  • There are certain areas where the river current is too strong. Make sure to watch your dog so they don’t get carried away by the water.
  • River water may contain certain harmful bacteria. Be cautious about letting your dogs drink them.
  • Electric hookups and water are not available. Bring sufficient drinking water.
  • The campground is small, maximum RV length of thirty feet.
